Honeycomb airless tires already exist today and are in limited use in the military and civilian market.
The benefit of these tires is that they cannot go flat and can be designed to fit nearly any automobile. Sadly, their high cost to replace is incredibly prohibitive for daily use or regular roads.
Unless you’re worried about being stranded in the middle of nowhere, it’s probably best to stick with traditional inflated tires.
