Jorge Sgombic, an inventor from Chile, created these hammer-proof gloves to prevent some common work place accidents.

The Mark VIII safety gloves are designed to stop knives, hammers, chisels, and more from slicing or crushing the tips (and only the tips) of your fingers.

Beneath an outer sleeve or either leather or soft plastic lies a tough layer of thermosplastic that can stop almost anything you can swing or drop.

Now Sgombic is looking for a manufacturer to produce and sell his gloves world wide.
