World’s Most Expensive SUV Is Built On A Ford F-550

Take a closer look at the $2 million Karlmann King, the world’s most expensive SUV.

Weighing over 13,000 lbs, the Karlmann King is a luxury vehicle built on the back of a practical workhorse, the Ford F-550.

The basic model comes with a whopping $1.8 million price tag, and that’s before all the bells and whistles.

Each vehicle is made to order in Italy and can be loaded with virtually any luxury feature you can think of.

“In principle, everything the client can imagine, we can do,” explained sales director Michael Nothdurft in an Business Insider interview.

With pop-out tables, starry ceiling, champagne bars, and video games, the Karlman King is basically a bulletproof limo. (Oh yeah, you can get armor plating for it too.)
